@StreamOnMax I've finished watching seasons 1-4 of "The Last Ship" but seems season 5 isn't on HBOMax. Can you tell me why wouldn't all the seasons for a show (especially shows that are no longer airing) be availble?

@DisneyPlus I've been searching for The Mysterious Benedict Society (which I believe is a Disney show) and cannot find it. Can you tell me where I can find this show so I can watch? It's a show that's been on my list for a while now. Please help!

@SamsungMobileUS My sister used facial recognition/fingerprint to unlock her phone for a long time and that feature stopped working. She doesn't know her pin/password because she hasn't used it in so long. How can she access her phone without losing everything by factory reset?

Dill pickle @kettlebrand chips are the chefs kiss! I was in hospital and not allowed to eat by mouth, I saved about a case of these for when I could eat again. Funnily enough, I was on food restrictions for a long time so by the time I could have them, they'd gone stale! 🤭

Can I get a clarification on @McDonalds blizzards? Are they supposed to be given to the customer with the Oreo/M&Ms/etc... mixed in or is the customer expected to mix now?

@Verizon How can I get assistance with my phone? I'm having cell servixe issues at home and there are apps that I'm unable to download for some reason (phone is updated and plenty of space) so I went to Verizon store and they said they don't help with phones they just sell. Huh??

@cariboucoffee is there a reason the app won't install? I tried using the app but it said I needed to update. Tried to update multiple times but couldn't so uninstalled to re-install. Now I can't even install the app! I'd like to get coffee and get credit. Any help appreciated!

Dear @Chase how can a Deaf person get assistance? Your "Chase Digital Assistant" is useless! It keeps telling me (Deaf person) to call a number when calling isn't a viable option! I would have a family member call for me, but you won't talk to them. How can I get help?!?!

Hey @McDonalds just curious, when the cup for the McFlurry changed, did procedure change as well? I received a McFlurry with Oreo dumped on top, not mixed in. Asked employee, but got brushed off. I just don't want to have unrealistic expectations. #disappointed #mcflurry

I recently got a new @miniversesocial lifestyle kit. (One of the last in the store! They're so quick to go.) Unfortunately, when I started to open the package, I quickly realized there was an issue. The resin has leaked. I'm so sad with this mess & I'm hesitant to unpack further.

@UnitedHospital cont. arrived at hospital to expecting to be directly admitted, only to sit in hospital ED triage yet again 2.5 hours and counting. When we voice our concerns, they call on deaf ears. This is how Allina/United cares for their sepsis patients?!? This is terrifying!

Here at @UnitedHospital ED for the second time in 24 hours. Was here for suspected sepsis. Sat in waiting room for 5 hours. Finally PA diagnosed pneumonia and sent me home on antibiotics. Hospital called this morning and said I was septic and to come back right away for treatment
