✔️PASSED: The House Ways & Means Committee just passed the One, Big, Beautiful Bill, delivering on President Trump's policies of tax relief for American workers, families, farmers, and small businesses.

Why are suppressors — a basic safety tool — so heavily regulated? The unconstitutional National Firearms Act of 1934 implemented burdensome regulations and a $200 tax on suppressors. Over 90 years later, that tax still exists. It was never about safety — it was about control. Last night, @WaysandMeansGOP passed my provision to cut that tax to $0. This is step one in tearing down the unconstitutional NFA. We’re just getting started.

Thank you @RepDavidKustoff and @WaysandMeansGOP. Eliminating the tax on suppressors is real progress. We should remove suppressors from the National Firearms Act. Sadly, the Byrd rule simply does not allow it. To win, we need to elect 60 pro-2A Senators.
