The algo shows my content to a bunch of diff people.
-Some react well and my post goes up.
The algo does the same but this time test into others.
-I get bad interactions so my score goes down, which will be bad for my future posts.
Just show my work to similar audience?

@PorcelainMaid what a based opinion.
I guess nvidia DLSS should be disabled entirely at this point 🤣

does writing some random zig and python code will count for this ?

hahahahha

@kaj_loevesijn @cmzw_ ahh I see, that make sense.
I just though it is possible, because if yes it will be easy to pass the texture to game engine
English

@Shizukougames it should be Friendster I think
I used friendster, mig33 and facebook
but not sure which one I try first
English

@The0neulost well, that will encourage me to do more.
Also, I'm not sure but some 3d artist might think current drama as being disrespectful to them right ?
and yet another war will come between 2d and 3d artist.

I'm seeing a debate on using 3d models in art.
My advice is they are a great way to get an idea out.
But please never trace them or relay on them.
A lot of artists do it. But do not let them become a crutch. Your art can look good. But I've noticed friends who use them have issues with super stiff poses and a lack of pushing anatomy and style.
3d models are fine. But they can and do hold you back if you use them too much and don't practice without them.
To my friends that are using them and tracing them. This is my nice and helpful way of saying:
I can tell.

@soyaanim_x @hydexseven so I guess for me it has to be
"Human Modeled, Textured & Computer Rendered Artificial Picture"
or do I just overthink it 🤣🤣
English

@rifwinz @hydexseven technically yeah, but you forgot the "human modelled and textured" part 😁

The last thing I'll say about the whole 3D art discourse:
Even if an artist DID use it as a crutch because they don't have a desire to seek out additional skills to bolster their toolkit, who cares. Why are we policing how far someone else should take their learning?
A crutch definitionally is an aid to help support you, which we as artists constantly use by the way. Every single time we use an adjustment layer, a stabilizer, a brush set, or a even a keyboard shortcut, we are using systems designed to streamline our process and make things easier for ourselves.
Using 3D as some corny ass purity test is genuinely the dumbest thing I've ever seen. And as I've mentioned before, it completely disrespects 3D artists as a discipline. Why don't 3D artists get shit for hand drawing textures?? We literally incorporate 2D into 3D work to achieve a certain look all the time but there's a fraction of the scrutiny. Why is it suddenly against the rules the other way around.

@AsiaLadowska and the one that control it is the brain.
so basicly using brain = cheating 🤣
English

i think anyone using eyes and hands for drawings is cheating
FazFuri 💜✨️@fazfuri
"Using 3d models and posing apps is cheating!" My honest reaction:

@RyanLykos @pierrick_picaut You come from a cube, you try to grab a cube, you lose a cube... wait what? 🤣
