I wish I had the time and motivation to work on it more, but as it's mostly perfect for my use case it's hard allocate time for it. In any case I'll be around will try my best to respond especially if highlighted.

@UltHackKeyboard I got why synaptics isn't an option. I read every post and comment on your blog :). I was just wondering if you checked out manufacturers such as Cirque (cirque.com/glidepoint-gen…) or Alps Electric Corporation. Just genuinely thinking that multitouch would be an amazing option!

@UltHackKeyboard IIRC your touchpad will not be multitouch because Synaptics requires NDA's. Have you checked Cirque or Alps Electric Corp? I wonder whether they provide better terms. Here is something that I found from Cirque cirque.com/glidepoint-gen…

@heyjonyee @UltHackKeyboard Sure! I used this set maxgaming.fi/keycaps/pbt-ke… and two of these aliexpress.com/item/blank-cmy… The space bars were hard. I ended up sawing the long space bar into three pieces and using both ends. I cut just next to the ridge and sanded it down to get great results (see photos).
