@virginmedia Your 360 service is shockingly bad and so is your customer service! My box was upgraded this week, nothing but problems since. Online chat agent said he fixed it, but didn't. Phone support agent says he has to ask IT, will take 5 business days. Not good enough.

@virginmedia An agent talked me through doing a factory reset which solved the problem for a few hours but then it came back. A couple of days later the box totally crashed and wouldn't restart. I called support again on Friday and they said they would send a replacement unit in 3-5 days.

I was talking to Rik who recognised me and i must apologised I was super excited when Derya came over and there was lot of hugging. (not with Rik lol although we had a nice chat)

This is the the brains behind the @OctopusEnergy Cosy 6. She's one of my favourite people at Octopus as she is so modest and super clever! She's a legend and I was delighted to meetup with her again today. Derya Robinson explained how the Cosy 6, hub and pods work. The pods and hubs work like Tado but for the Cosy Heat Pump. You can have 3 hubs zoning your home and then up to 12 pods in theory can be installed within each zone. The pods sense tempreture and humidity. You can tap and change the temperature for your home from the pod or from the Octopus app. The pods won't be available for retro install, they'll just be available for the Cosy 6 (and beyond) Heat Pumps. Derya you are an inspiration to other women!!

@Controcorrente That was a while ago. We're planning a further upgrade soon so it'll be even clearer.

Lower than anticipated? Only an "organisation" as deluded as @EnglandHockey would anticipate anything else. This is a sad indictment of our sport. Change is needed urgently before hockey becomes irrelevant in the UK

The lack of reaction to what @EnglandHockey must have hoped was a big announcement tells you all you need to know about the lack of connection between clubs and EH. Some big clubs with poor junior programmes preferred to smaller ones with fabulous track records. Dismal.
