@imgyf Hi man! I remember when I was building I would feel the same (I’ve spent time being ft and moonlighting on startups) and I can tell you that a lot of companies appreciate the startup xp Enjoy the startup life :)

As an entrepreneur, I feel like I’m unemployable. But when my startups don’t work out, I feel like I’m backed against the wall. I can’t make money as an employee, and my startups are also not making money. Anyone else feel the same stress?

We're looking to invest $500,000 before the year ends. If you're building something interesting — hit us up in the link in bio. We care about the idea, but the person is more important. Here are the types of people we're looking for: Must haves: - Scrappiness/Grit. - Determination no matter what. - Early on new tech/interesting things. - Bias towards action. - Built multiple projects themselves. - Have tried to grow their own projects. - Have a vision/know something the world doesn’t know yet. Green flags: - Very technical. - Building what they love. - “Strong opinions loosely held” type attitude. - Good at selling (a vision, build an audience, etc). - Has no fall back plans ("oh, I'm just gonna go back to a cushy job"). - Creative distribution strategies. - Top gamer, super good at chess, built minecraft servers, side hustles, etc.

A co-founder asked me to apply as their first PM, I played a little hard to get but then I applied. 2 days later I got the rejection email I’m too old to play these games

For the past 3 years, I lived in sf and then nyc (almost 1.5 each). I just took my first long vacation in really long time and came to the mountains in India - looking the simplicity of life and how grounded people are has been very interesting tbh

PMF is a lot easier to solve if you split it into 2 steps: Promise Market Fit: Will people buy a product with your promise? Product Market Fit: Once they buy & sign up, do they stay? Once you have a promise people want, keep iterating until your product fulfills the promise

If you work in tech, but live in NYC instead of SF Why? SF has: - highest density/caliber of devs/founders/optimism of any city - bigger apartments - beautiful and abundant nature - beautiful architecture - consistent weather
