Flight 6E 2101 (Delhi to Leh, May 29) was cancelled mid-air and returned to Delhi. 150+ passengers were left to fend for themselves. We were promised a ground team. No one showed up. Don’t hide behind “bad weather.” Own up. @IndiGo6E

@IndiGo6E this is a DISGRACE! 150+ passengers stranded with zero support. No hotel, no meals, no ground staff. Just a cold message, a dead link, and a rebooking offer 2 DAYS later. This isn’t “bad weather.” It’s bad service and worse accountability. @DGCAIndia @jagograhakjago
