@gabriel1 I realised this very late and I was at 50-60k mintues played on spotify to now 5-10k mintues played . It didn't helped much if I listen music while working . So I'll rather just listen music sometimes and it's way better : )

i challenge anyone who listens to music for 6+ hours a day to quit for a week to: 1) realize it's an addiction 2) realize how much better your thoughts become

I used to do watercolor paintings every week years back but with time it reduced . even though we can generate watercolor style images like the one's I used for the exploration work but nothing's going to beat the feeling of creating something with hand after spending hours

working on Acctual taught me an imporant lesson. do one thing, and do it well. there’s infinite room for growth even for the simplest of tasks. that’s why we’re building @onlycalsai - we just want to track calories. no bs.
