Chaotic service experience @ MGMotorIn My MG Astor complaint was first diverted to the wrong dealer, then moved to Sai Shreeja, where a trade-in was marked even though the first owner only visited for an evaluation. Now it says KYC is pending, despite KYC already completed.

@MahindraRise @konceptmahindra @anandmahindra Looks like my first service experience is designed to build patience, not customer delight. Booking taken → delayed → rescheduled → picked up late → delivery delayed again. 2+hrs for a 30-min distance, while I wait to see a doctor
