My MG Astor complaint was first diverted to the wrong dealer, then moved to Sai Shreeja, where a trade-in was marked even though the first owner only visited for an evaluation.
Now it says KYC is pending, despite KYC already completed.

@MahindraElctrc promises a 24/7 support experience — but in reality, it’s radio silence. Charger still not installed after 8 days. “Mahindra For You” is closed, despite claiming to be always open.
