🚨Booked a Rapido (Economy) from the station—driver refused AC, citing “Rapido rules.” Support (Harini) backed this, claiming AC info is shown on booking—false, no such option (proof). After a long trip, this is unacceptable. @rapidobikeapp refund & clarity needed. @RapidoCares
