My kid is on a school trip and my husband is at work so I’m seeing a movie by myself for the first time in a super long time. I’m excited but also lonely 😔 even though this used to be my hobby.

There is no welcome like a Tokyo Disneyland welcome. Every employee lines up to greet guests as they arrive. Should the other resorts do this, or is it best to be another “Only in Japan” moment?

@Themountainkin1 I love how it’s just a series of vignettes, no story, no narration, just a bunch of gorgeous scenes to soak up, with a short palette cleanser of tunnel in between each one.

Droomvlucht was Peter Pan’s Flight if visiting the second star to the right, aka Neverland, was actually immersive. It felt so much more personal, detailed and dreamlike 😩!

A Celebration of Arendelle is a real shame because it’s FABULOUS. Exactly the kind of park entertainment I love. Fabulous song, great writing - but no one can see it apart from the front row. How did they think looking DOWN into a show was a good idea??

@kittensnotkids @JimShull Im sure Joe Lanzisero has said they put a teacup on Pinocchio’s Daring Journey to test the system, so not sure which is true

Having worked on the ride the point of the vehicle is that guests could spin it. The concept was tested using a tea cup car riding through the #HauntedMansion and the spin element sold the concept. Without the spin it’s just another dark ride.

For the first time in over 30 years, Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin is now without it's iconic spin function. All references to the spinning have been removed across the queue and even the wheel itself. The ride's spinning is now automatic and no longer controlled by the rider.
