@callumjodwyer What exercises have you been doing which have helped? Anything is particular as nothing I’ve tried has been working.

Here’s my comparison over a few days - the main thing at the moment is exercises helping control my breathing, which mean I can go faster without tightness in my chest or breathlessness! Felt like a normal walk today 🥰
