It is really sad that I feel sorry for myself to buy this product as I have to do it all manually by hand. It looks like no one in the organization is concerned about their brand reputation or resolving the issue. Even the top management is quiet.
@IFBAppliances It looks from this that you are not open to improve upon the product or do any research about why this is happening. Customer is facing problem for about 1.5 months but your team does not even care for it. We are apprehensive about your approach for doing hit & trial at my place.
@IFBAppliances We had already allowed them once to inspect and change the faulty part and then also it was not working. The technician changed mother board which was not even faulty. Then how I can trust if the machine has some quality issue and has not done the quality checks before delivering
@IFBAppliances I need solution and not just phone call. Please Look for result oriented solution for customer satisfaction. And please be open to work further for the betterment of the product and not just that we are the best and there is no scope for improved product.

Sharing complaint id . Hope just calling back won't be the solution which you are providing. As only getting calls from customer care is not what I expect.
@IFBAppliances Your team has previously cancel the ticket and given a new ticket . If the company is not willing to work for customer satisfaction or simply want to work like not caring for customer.
