Unacceptable service @firstcryindia ​My Order No: 11002024PIH5B538F4 is DELAYED again (Next Day Delivery failure #2 this week!). ​The order, 11002024RUH97153AF, arrived 4 days late and was useless. I demand a FULL refund for BOTH these orders. ​#RefundNow #PoorCustomerService

@firstcryindia @nch1915 @jagograhakjago Your team doesn't even want to except that you have changed the expected delivery dates and kept on saying delivery date is not passed but I have proof that the expected delivery date is changed. Please Refer attachment for the same.

@firstcryindia Your claim that my issue is "addressed" is a lie. ​I demand a FULL REFUND, including platform fees, for BOTH delayed orders. ​Refund the full amount ASAP. Fail to do so, and I immediately file a complaint with @nch1915 & @jagograhakjago as this is a case of misleading consumers.

I raised a complaint about the previous delay as well but got zero help. When I tried to cancel you are charging platform fees when it's not even my fault. This repeated breach of trust is unacceptable. @firstcryindia I expect a resolution NOW. #DeliveryFailure #ConsumerRights

@zomatocare @zomatocare I've received two partial refunds for my order, totaling ₹130. I understand the remaining ₹88.67 covers delivery, GST, and packaging, but as the mistake was on your end, I shouldn't be charged for these. A full refund is the right thing to do. Plz refund the same

Even the @delhivery support team closed the ticket raised by me as resolved without even confirming if the product is deliver or not.The ticket is still not resolved
