Advanced Agni missile with MIRV (Multiple Independently Targeted Re-Entry Vehicle) system was successfully tested from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Island, Odisha on 08th May 2026. The missile was flight tested with Multiple payloads, targeted to different targets spatially distributed over a large geographical area in Indian Ocean Region.

देश की न्याय प्रक्रिया को और अधिक सुगम बनाने की दिशा में आज मोदी जी के नेतृत्व में केंद्रीय कैबिनेट ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में जजों की संख्या बढ़ाने वाले संशोधन विधेयक (Amendment Bill) को स्वीकृति दे दी है, जिसके तहत सुप्रीम कोर्ट में जजों की संख्या 33 से बढ़कर 37 हो जाएगी। इससे स्पीडी जस्टिस को बढ़ावा मिलेगा, गरीब और दूरदराज के याचिकाकर्ताओं को राहत मिलेगी और संवैधानिक मामलों के निपटारे में तेजी आएगी।

Heartily congratulations to Shri Taranjit Singh Sandhu Ji on being appointed as the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi. @SandhuTaranjitS is a JNUite; he has a master's degree in International Relations from JNU. He also contested the Lok Sabha elections in 2024 from the Amritsar constituency but lost a triangular fight to Gurjeet Singh Aujla of the Congress Party. His journey also reminds us that not all JNU students are anti-nationals or leftists.
