This is Erika’s husband, Chris. I just wanted to let her followers know that Erika passed away this afternoon with her husband and her daughter at her side. Honestly, I was a bit taken aback of how peaceful she left. Thank you to all who left the kind words. #mbc #bcsm

@mosgrl4evr I did have the pleural drain for about a year. I just got the Ascites drain. Ascites never go away so I opted for the drain soon than later. I drug my feet on the pleural drain.

@rivereac Do you have plural effusions? I wish I had gone with the drains. Pluerydesis messed up my lungs by causing inoculations and I still have fluid. It is so good to hear the drains are working. Great hubby too!

Tried my new Aspira drain at home, took off 2+ liters. Probably could’ve done more but <= 2 liters is recommended. Thanks to my dear hubby for being a great nurse. #mbc #bcsm

@MelodiousBree I sing silently in my head a song that calms me down. It has worked for walking the streets of Manhattan on 9-11, MRIs, etc. Sometimes I don’t remember all the lyrics, so trying to focus on coming up with the words calms me down too.
