@mrmills1972 my sil got in a car crash and they scanned her. Thank goodness, cause she wouldn't have known she had thyroid cancer if not for the accident. She has surgery Wednesday. Wishing the best for your colleague

I love when the PA lets your scan results slip days before your appointment with the oncologist. Knowing ahead of time just gave me 3 extra days of relief from scanxiety. (Oh, and my tumors are stable🙂).

@kkasonic I'm sorry you had a rough wake up. Has the nausea gotten under control since then? I'm rooting for ya.

Waking up at 5:30am to waves of nausea is not my favorite thing.

I don’t want to jinx it, but we’re getting there. He’s starting to respond to “no”, which is the greatest hurdle. He’s even starting to feel like *my* dog. I told him he looks like he’s covered in cinnamon & sugar, his dad’s favorite thing. You’re going to be a good boy, Oslo.

@KeepCancrClassy omg, I FEEL this. The chemo, nausea meds, and 10 other pills throughout the day, as well as supliments. Ugh.

It takes a lot of pills to be me. Even pills for the pills.

Having been too unwell for chemo this week, The Dr & I agreed to move it to next week. I’ve just phoned to check my appointments. ‘Sorry we’ve no capacity’. Oh right, I’ll just ask my cancer to chill for another week then. Fucking BS #Livingwithcancer
