After the reward distribution happens and these people leave the servers and projects, this rat throws up his hands in bewilderment and says something like: "Well, such is the community, it's like that everywhere". Or he says nothing at all, disappearing into oblivion, because he himself is just as temporary a player as the rest. And none of them want to form a real community that is genuinely interested in what is being built. This is a social virus that corrupts absolutely everything, and C-managers are the first ones spreading it.

If you see a community manager who gathers people like that around himself and calls them a community, tell him that he is a complete fucking idiot and a scumbag.
