Was scrolling Instagram and realised our generation is casually living through: Inflation. Heat waves. Paper leaks. Layoffs. Hantavirus. Are we doomed???

I got to improve alot because of this, Machine even more so running at 1100cph ( advertised 950 ) with vision Adding more features that are necessary for production has been fun
Prakash Dadlani@prakdadlani

People only talk about “Make in India.” Very few take the risk to actually build it. @ivishaltejwani was one of the first people we met on X. We saw his fire. So we went all the way to Kalyan to see his Placestation machine. And we placed an order immediately. Without: - a deep costing study - proof it would work at scale - any guarantee it was right for us We just believed in Vishal. He said: “I can do it.” So we backed him and gave him space to build. And today, I’m happy to announce: 5000 pcs production of PCBs has started. We may never need to import PCBs for our rechargeable fans again. A big piece of the puzzle is now Swadeshified 🇮🇳 And the best part? It works out cheaper than importing from China. Next steps: -Keep scaling up -Indianise PCBs for our choppers and massagers. TOPSAIL PCB. Made in Bharat🇮🇳 What a feeling.🥰

“doesn’t working in the insurance industry get boring?” a lot of you asked me this after my hiring tweet and tbh, sometimes it does get exhausting especially when you’re taking care of content at a company that is extremely strong about its ethics, communication, and boundaries around what cannot be said [i work with @joinditto for those who don’t know] which also means you can’t always go completely wild with ideas the way the internet usually rewards people for doing and while that can feel creatively restrictive at times, i’ve realised the more disciplined my professional work became, the more important my personal space/brand started becoming to me because this is where i can think freely write and experiment this is where i don’t have to constantly measure every thought against brand guidelines, compliance, positioning, or “will this get backlash”? and i think that balance saved me because in my previous role, both my work and personal content demanded the same kind of creativity from me all the time and eventually either i’d burn out completely or my own voice would slowly disappear underneath client work but now, the separation helps one side teaches me structure, restraint, clarity the other reminds me why i loved creating in the first place and honestly, i think every creative person needs a space where they’re allowed to exist without constantly optimizing themselves for something thoughts?

@KritikaA1430 I guess it has a lot to do with our growing up years, the people and the conversations we are surrounded with. Being in a marwadi family, money talks often take a front seat during discussions.

today i feel strangely helpless about money not because i’m broke or making nothing but because the math in my head never seems to settle and maybe the worst part is that the places i want to spend aren’t even extravagant Its not like i am talking about buying luxury cars or living some wildly lavish life sometimes it’s just wanting to buy myself a dress without overthinking it for three weeks or taking a short trip somewhere because work has exhausted me to the point where i don’t feel like myself anymore Small and normal things and yet somehow they still feel difficult to justify in my head every time i calculate how much i earn vs how much i spend, something about it unsettles me a little because i genuinely thought i was good at my finances and now i’m not so sure Its annoying how finances constantly sit at the back of your mind even on otherwise good days and the solution always sounds so simple when people say it out loud “just spend less.” (lol yesterday my manager laughed and said, just stop eating) but i don’t even feel like i’m overspending on anything outrageous most of these things are just tiny moments of comfort things that make me feel human outside of work and honestly, i don’t want a life where every small joy has to pass through a calculator first maybe that’s what’s really exhausting about adulthood not earning money but constantly trying to figure out whether you’re allowed to enjoy it too
