I know deep in my bones, that political parties are on avg much stupider than they were 25 yrs ago. So much less effort to define problems and come up with cost-effective means of solving them But my view itself is vibes-based. How would I go about proving it do you think?

@DrLancaster I agree. But what "test" could be administered, which, upon passing, would qualify the person as proficient? And shouldn't we have to pass it before imposing our views?

@rkumar2008 I'd position a "lack of proficient use" and "somewhat proficient use" together. Both can be dangerous. The worst case scenario is often someone who thinks they are an AI expert because they can write simple prompts, then tries to push that "expertise" on others.

@mslaurafacciolo Yes, indeed. It is an important contextual consideration - capitalist framework. But that is unlikely to be supplanted by something else in the near future. So #CBE will prevail until then.
