Delhi NCR's winter air quality is a dynamic challenge. Despite the lowest fire counts, 2023 saw more stubble burning contribution than in 2021 and 2022. CAQM successfully curbed large number of farm fires, yet the dynamic air shade somewhat overshadowed these commendable efforts.
