@mercsogyny @dutchanthem If the capped rate is still requiring LICO in quali it’s too low, allow more recovery. Still keep a cap, and allow the lower engine manufacturers more budget to develop like they do with aero. Same thing with minimum weight. IMO it should drop 5 kg per year per reg cycle

@mercsogyny @dutchanthem Not when you have a capped rate at how much you can recover per lap. If you really wanted to make this about making the hybrid unit as efficient as possible you have to take away that limit. Make the engines as efficient as possible

@dutchanthem I do think it is a limitation of development though. Doing 50/50 between ice and battery is new and I’m sure the efficiency will be exponentially better
