A5. Already did! Actually ran to my desk to grab the book on Wednesday during a meeting as we discussed how to roll out information about new stuff at Valley to the entire staff! Referenced the importance of hitting all the facets of change in our work. #TimeForChangeGFPS

A4. The Why. As a data person, I appreciated the discussion of the importance of data but also the importance of knowing WHEN and HOW to use the data most effectively. #TimeForChangeGFPS
