It seems like we should all be using @ApacheArrow's Feather and/or Parquet formats for our tabular data instead of CSV, TSV or XLSX in #bioinformatics. Strong typing, impressive compression and read/write speeds, supported by Pandas, R etc. Are there any blockers I have missed?
