Hospitality operators treat front desk turnover like a staffing problem. It is not. It is a documentation problem. Every time someone leaves, they take the booking logic, the guest escalation flow, the vendor contact chain, and the workarounds for the PMS gaps, all in their head. None of it written down. None of it transferable. The next hire starts from zero. The manager fills the gap manually for two weeks. The cycle repeats. These are not people failures. They are system failures wearing a turnover costume. CloudNSite maps those undocumented workflows, builds AI agents around them, and keeps the institutional knowledge inside the operation, not inside an employee's memory. If you run a hospitality business and the same fires keep starting after every departure, the AI Readiness Assessment at cloudnsite.com will show you exactly where the leaks are.

Veterinary practices run on margin. And a surprising amount of that margin is consumed by front-desk staff manually entering appointment notes, chasing vaccine records across systems, and hand-keying billing data between ezyVet or Cornerstone and whatever accounting tool the clinic inherited three owners ago. None of it requires clinical judgment. It is just relentless. A practice with four exam rooms and two front-desk staff can have one of those staff members spending the majority of their day on work that compounds without ever producing a better patient outcome. That is an automation problem wearing a staffing problem costume. CloudNSite maps those exact workflows, builds AI agents around the tools already in use, and manages the systems post-launch. The savings show up on your P&L, not on a demo slide. If you are a practice owner curious where your biggest time leaks are, the free AI Readiness Assessment at cloudnsite.com is a reasonable place to start.

I looked through it, and this is very close to the kind of thing CloudNSite is already built to do: take a messy, manual outreach workflow and turn it into a managed AI system with clear inputs, tracking, guardrails, and follow-through. Would love to discuss this with you if interested!

if you build this business I will pay you a $5k bounty and be your first recurring customer The problem One recurring need across our client work is reliable creator and influencer outreach on Instagram: send personalized first-touch DMs to a vetted list of Instagram profiles, track outcomes, and integrate the workflow into our agent infrastructure. We are looking for a vendor or builder who already has — or can quickly ship — a HeyReach-style product for Instagram DMs: something we can use programmatically without operating the underlying browser automation, sender account management, infrastructure, or maintenance ourselves. The Solution We want to provide: - A list of Instagram profiles to contact - A message or message template - Campaign-level settings, limits, and metadata - Optional follow-up logic - A callback, webhook, or API response with delivery and reply status And we want the product to handle: - Sender account setup and management - Safe sending limits and throttling - Campaign execution - Duplicate prevention - Reporting - Maintenance when Instagram changes platform behavior - Ongoing reliability full spec notion doc below

Staffing agencies are paying coordinators to live inside Bullhorn all day doing work Bullhorn was never designed to automate. Resume parsing, candidate status updates, compliance document chasing, interview scheduling back-and-forth. None of it requires judgment. All of it requires a human being sitting there, doing it, hour after hour. That compounds fast. One coordinator handling 40 open requisitions is not a staffing problem. That is a workflow problem wearing a headcount costume. CloudNSite maps every one of those repeating tasks, builds AI agents around the ATS your team already uses, and puts those hours back on the P&L. If you are an SMB owner in staffing or professional services curious where your biggest time leaks are, the free AI Readiness Assessment at cloudnsite.com will show you exactly where to start.

Field services companies are bleeding money in the space between jobs. Dispatch calls that take 20 minutes. Scheduling confirmations that require three back-and-forth texts. Invoices that sit in someone's inbox waiting to be entered manually into a system. CloudNSite maps every one of those gaps, then builds AI automations around the tools you already use. No ripping out your current stack. No retraining your team on a new dashboard. Just the same workflows your people already know, running faster and with a lot less labor behind them. Curious what that looks like for your operation? The AI Readiness Assessment at cloudnsite.com is free and gives you a personalized breakdown in minutes.

Hospitality and e-commerce businesses lose thousands of hours a year to the same five tasks: answering repetitive customer questions, processing orders, chasing scheduling conflicts, routing support tickets, and compiling reports nobody reads until it's too late. Every one of those is automatable today, on the tools you already use. CloudNSite builds the agents, handles the deployment, and keeps everything running after go-live. Your team just stops doing the tedious stuff. Free AI Readiness Assessment at cloudnsite.com if you want to see what's actually on the table for your operation.

Most clients are live in production within four to eight weeks. Not because we cut corners. Because starting from your existing stack removes most of the setup work. If you are an SMB owner curious where your biggest time leaks are, the free AI Readiness Assessment at cloudnsite.com takes a few minutes and gives you actual use cases.

The fix most people expect is a new platform. A new dashboard. A migration project that takes six months and still does not solve the problem. That is not what we do at CloudNSite. We map the workflows you already have and build AI agents around your current tools. Your CRM stays. Your billing system stays. Your team does not learn anything new.

Manual work is the most expensive line item on most SMB balance sheets. Not payroll. The hours your best people spend copying data between systems, chasing approvals, and doing things a computer could handle. That is the real drag.

@JacksonAtkinsX Yeah this is the same for me. Claude will make a plan for a build/implementation and codex reviews it and claude usually admits that Codex is right and approach is much better. I always felt Codex produced less issues on backend/logic especially anyways, so not that surprised.

Most AI vendors want you to adopt their platform. CloudNSite does the opposite. We start by mapping what you already use, then build automations around it. Your team never touches a new dashboard. The work happens inside your existing stack. The savings show up on your P&L. Curious where the biggest time leaks are in your operation? The free AI Readiness Assessment at cloudnsite.com generates real use cases and an ROI estimate based on your actual workflows.

Real estate ops are quietly one of the messiest back offices in any industry. Lease renewals chased manually. Client intake done over email threads. Scheduling coordinated through three different apps. None of it is complicated work. It's just relentless, and it eats up hours that agents and coordinators could spend on deals. CloudNSite builds AI automations around the tools real estate teams already use, so those repetitive workflows run on their own. No ripping out your CRM. No new dashboards to learn. If you're curious what's actually automatable in your operation, the free AI Readiness Assessment at cloudnsite.com generates a personalized use case list and a starter roadmap. Worth a look.

A legal firm billing 10 associates at $80/hour to manually review intake documents is not a staffing problem. That's an automation problem wearing a payroll costume. Document handling, client intake, scheduling follow-ups, these are the exact workflows CloudNSite scopes during a Discovery Sprint. Built around the tools a firm already uses. No new dashboards to learn. No ripping out existing systems. The firms that move first on this are going to have a real cost advantage over the ones still treating it as an IT project for next quarter. If you run ops at a legal or professional services firm, the free ROI Calculator at cloudnsite.com is worth 5 minutes of your time.

@alexabelonix For sure. Every industry can use it without a doubt. Medical does have hurdles of trying to work with health systems that don’t have APIs, etc. however, it goes to show the level that industry needs this support as well.

Healthcare ops teams are sitting on a goldmine of time savings. Intake forms, prior auth follow-ups, billing reconciliation, appointment reminders — most of it is still manual. CloudNSite builds AI automations around the tools a practice already uses. Private LLM deployment, HIPAA-ready infrastructure, and no new dashboard for your staff to learn. The free AI Readiness Assessment takes a few minutes and spits out actual use cases and ROI estimates for your specific setup. cloudnsite.com

most businesses don't need new software. they need someone to finally wire together the tools they already have. that's 90% of what we do at CloudNSite. a law firm comes to us drowning in intake paperwork. they already have a CRM, a doc tool, an email system. nothing talks to anything. we map the mess, build agents around what's already there, and hand them back runbooks so they understand exactly what's running. no ripping and replacing. just fixing the plumbing.

@TheRealAneesh @BoringBiz_ That’s basically what we do at CloudNSite and the gaps we find as well. A lot of tech people aren’t “people persons” and vice versa. Finding both is harder than a lot of people think.

Can confirm, we do this. But there’s a big talent gap The irony of these automation roles is that they’re very social and soft skills heavy And the overlap of people who are strong in both soft skills and engineering intuition is very small One of these is much harder to teach than the other So if you love working people and have the intuition of an engineer (not necessarily the experience), you should strongly consider pursuing a role like this - you’re needed!

Just spoke with a couple friends who work on the operational side at very large private equity firms Every PE firm is now scrambling to find and recruit AI talent who can implement the newest tools into their PortCos This includes former and current technology executives who are familiar with the industry, as well as engineers who can drop directly into the business to build custom made tools Will keep the comp numbers confidential but they are absolutely insane, especially at the senior levels For the PortCos that have already piloted this, the efficiency gains are huge. Some are well within the range of 20%+ headcount reduction potential for back office functions
