@united What was the point of responding just to not follow up and mine it’s hours later- bad service my family missed another flight, just absolute garbage. You told me the luggage was in a different place. They couldn’t find the stroller (causing my fam to miss another flight.) horrid.

@united you have the nerve to just send me a getting on track email when my mother, husband , 3 year old and 1 year old are stuck on Newark bc a PASSENGER realized bolts on the planes wings were loose. They are going to miss their connecting flights. It was my baby’s first fight.
