Didn’t renew my #RBNY season ticket this year and I was pretty upset about it. Filled out the online form & didn’t receive any sort of confirmation. So I emailed my rep. This is what I got back. Not “thanks for 10 years” or “we’re sorry to see you go”. Just “see ya”.
