I am sure I am not the only person to have this happen to them. All they are doing is #blamingSainsburys Time to report them to the Information Commission for miss handling my personal information. How many other people have @lv done this too and #ignored #badcustomerservice

Contacted them again to see what's happened and what they have done. Again #nothing. Was told by Jane that there are no management to speak to, the so rudely said to me 'Are you listening' and when I said you're not listening to me me said 'No'. #poorcustomerservice

After @lv trying to deny sending my information to the wrong address, emailing me a quote with the #wrong address on and the blaming it on @sainsburys and promising to investigate and send me a new qoute with the correct details on and get back to me, I've heard nothing.

@lv Bit strange that email address with the word #cares in 😂😂😂 glad to see not only do you offer #badcustomerservice you also think you comedians

@SussexTW Was sat at the traffic lights in Telscombe last week at 6.30pm and watched them putting the price up by 1p on both petrol and diesel. Just like most petrol stations, they hear in the press the price per barrel is going up and they put the price up to maximise their profits 👎👎👎
