Silvy was strong in his defense giving examples of times where he's broken stories and only puts stuff out there when he's "one thousand percent sure" from the source and that he would never use the parent of a player as his source.

Concussion symptoms can be delayed. They aren’t always immediate. And it wasn’t the Bears who administered the concussion test in the game & determined he could continue to play. It was an independent neurologist per NFL rules on concussion protocol. And it wasn’t even Brisker’s technique that led to the concussion. It was the other team’s player that hit him illegally with the crown of his helmet and was fined. Brisker was taught proper tackling. May want to get your facts straight before blaming the team next time. The #Bears are going at lot of things wrong these days. But this isn’t one.

this is scary and a failure by the Bears to protect their player. Brisker suffered a concussion on October 6th after a massive hit. He somehow passed the test on the sideline, finished the game, self-reported symptoms the next day and has been out since
