Never ever complain but @Jaguar is the worst car I’ve ever got. DPF issues every week. Spent thousands fixing it and the next week another problem. Parts falling off it and now it’s just lost power again taking kids to school. Please do not ever get one. Horrendous cars 🤯

@AreteMindset The mental resilience aspect of sport (and life) is an untapped area but have yet to see a pro-club tackle that element very well at youth level. Outside of football is there much for kids in terms of mental resilience training? If so do kindly share?

Parents spending £50 per hour on 1-to-1 training sessions (twice a week) chasing a dream with less than a 0.5% chance of success. Would this money not be better spent on 1-to-1 sessions in Maths or English? Does rational thinking go out of the window when it comes to football?

I have a proven track record, I’m 100% transparent with every execution I make. I have coins in losses, I have coins in profit, I have coins with profits taken. It’s all there for you to see. I do not hide anything. Have I made mistakes and failed calls? No shit, I’m the first to tell you that. Wish I could have a clean run, unfortunately that’s not possible in this life. When it comes to the downside, I ring the alarm bells before it looks visible. Even if it goes upwards temporarily first, doesn’t mean I’m wrong. That small euphoria of upside often leads people to critique, until the market crushes their dreams and they wished they listened. This isn’t an egotistical brag post, just a reminder these messages come from an authentic source. Look around you… How many timelines have been extended? How many moons have failed? How many people vanish after getting everyone in at ridiculously high prices? I’m always here and always will be. If I didn’t care, I wouldn’t bother continuously writing shit like this in hopes just 1% pay attention. I’m not a whale, but I have done well. I believe in get rich slow. I want everyone to succeed. There’s no satisfaction in doing this alone. We’re all here together and in this together, so let’s fucking win together.

If it doesn’t challenge you, it rarely changes you. Sometimes you need to be dragged into discomfort in order to change! Pain is a huge driver for action. If you’re not ready to change, maybe you’re actually comfortable where you are! I know I’ve been there!

Advice for parents of academy players. Adjust your language and avoid criticising your child's performance straight after a game. Use the 5 minute rule, where the child starts by listing what they did well, and then ask what they enjoyed about the game. After that move on!
