Candace Owens is a spiritual vampire and her willfully ignorant moronic followers wallow in self delusion instead of choosing truth, reality and a deep sense of purpose.

🧵🔥 THE MOVE: The Framework Candace Owens Uses to Train Her Audience to Ignore Evidence 🧵 Tyler Robinson left a handwritten confession note under his keyboard for his roommate. He sent a text first: "Drop what you are doing, look under my keyboard." The response from Candace's audience: "Where's the metadata on those texts?” The metadata exists. Search Warrant No. 3217131, Page 7: a warrant was obtained for Lance Twiggs' cellphone. The Statewide Information Analysis Center (SIAC) provided Apple ID information for both accounts on the device. FBI investigators reviewed the data. The warrant covers iMessages, FaceTime and call history, photographs, videos, location history, websites visited, email, and browsing history. But that answer won't matter to anyone who asked. And the reason it won't matter is the whole point of this thread. Here's how THE MOVE works: - Candace finds something about the case that hasn't been publicly reported. - She treats the absence of public reporting as the absence of investigation. - She fills the gap with a theory. - When the evidence eventually surfaces, she doesn't engage with it... she finds a new procedural question about the evidence itself. - And that question does the same job the old one did: allows her audience to keep scrolling. Below are six videos. One pattern. Once you see THE MOVE, you'll catch it every time she opens her mouth on this case. As always, patience as I pull together the thread. 👇

@seanMaoilmhiadh @Osint613 It is far fetched... Questions around Kirk's killing? Come on... only fringe folks like you believe either of those things. Use your real name and get authenticated... right now your a bot claiming to be out of Ireland who is trying to stir up controversy in all of your posts.

@robbackie @Osint613 It's not really that far fetched. Israel has a history of trying to kill heads of state, not to mention the many un answered questions around Charlie Kirk's killing and given Israel's wish to continue the war with US backing against Iran, you can't ignore the possibility.

@mtaibbi That all ended with the metoo movement... Some of us argued that it will come back to bite you in the ass, and it's done that to the one's who pushed it. Everyone should get the opportunity to be judged before they are found guilty.

I’m aware Platner’s not being judged in a court of law, but I still tend to assume someone’s innocent until they’re proven guilty, or there’s at least been a serious investigation - that’s an American habit of mind I’ve always thought is a positive.
🚀@johnd1970s

@mtaibbi This is not a question of due process. It is a political question to be resolved by the voters. Of course, when the media is derelict in its duties and refuses to report troubling information about a major political candidate, political questions often get resolved poorly.

Keep in mind... clubs that develop young soccer (sorry football) players have ownership rights to the players and make money by "selling" them for transfer fees throughout their careers. A percent of transfer fees goes back to the development group. These academies are businesses which use funds from transfer fees to fund future development. And many leagues have rules that require some level of homegrown talent which incentivizes teams to invest.

Eureka!
John Ferra@1xaipe

@AlexiLalas Try following the European model where clubs have youth development leagues. The costs are covered by the elite, top-tier teams, including gear, medical and travel expenses. It’s a proven system, but apparently you’re too ignorant to understand that.

@gruler @Osint613 The question is what missile defense was put on the new AF1 in the short time frame it was being overhauled to become AF1. The old planes have years of missile defense technology built into them and hardened electronics to protect against and EMP bomb.

The other problem is sport competition... In the rest of the world (except maybe Canada), soccer is the #1 sport by far above everything else. Danny say's it right... "Football is life" In the US, good athletes can choose between Lacrosse, Football, Baseball, Basketball, Track and Field...

As much as I hate to agree with Alexi Lalas, he isn't wrong. "Get rid of pay for play" as a solution to U.S. Soccer's problems has two flaws: 1) MLS clubs' youth players already mostly aren't paying. 2) Soccer costs money and someone has to pay for it. If not parents, then who?
Alexi Lalas@AlexiLalas

Youth soccer (youth sports) is a competitive market with businesses selling a product that obviously customers are willing to pay for. I’d love if soccer was free to all. But who is going to pay for all this free soccer?

@ColinUdoh How much government funding does Baseball, Football, Basketball or Hockey get from the feds? Same as soccer but yet we are either the #1 or challenging for #1 in all of those sports. Same goes for Women Soccer... Government funding doesn't solve a problem.

Alexi, I think you’re missing the point. It is either the USA wants to compete with the rest of the football world, or it doesn’t. The problem is not a lack of talent. As a diverse country, there is tons of talent, especially among the immigrant community who originate from football-strong cultures. Rather than go at each other, the real question should be what is the US not doing right with all the money and youth clubs. I am a soccer dad - and I assume you probably are, too - so I know how much I invest in my kids’ soccer journey. And that is probably way less than most parents do. Yet, for all of the ECNL, NPL, EDP, high school, college soccer, etc, the USA consistently fails to compete against countries with even less of a soccer footprint than those. WHY???? Is there too much arrogance in the US Soccer community to look elsewhere and see what is being done right and find a way to integrate that, or at least the elements that lead to success? Brazil, France, Spain, Germany, England, Argentina are all competing at a high level. Why are they so successful? Norway has recently joined. Try to read the piece on what Norway did to change things by establishing the NTS in 2013. Now see where they are. France were in the same boat until they started Clairefontaine in 1988. Ten years after, they were World Champions. Morocco have moved from nobodies to one WC semifinal and two quarterfinals in a row because they invested in their own version. England, the home of football, actually humbled themselves and went to study the French model Again, the question is, what is the USA doing wrong and how can that be fixed. The current model obviously isn’t working, hasn’t been for years. One thing is for certain, even with all the private clubs in these countries, the government is still pouring in money to develop the sport. And it will cost a very small fraction of what is being spent in places I will not mention so as to keep this strictly about sport. Here’s my reiterated thought. Let’s ask the right questions, try to get close to the right answers as possible, and look to those with success to learn why and how that will work in the States. Just outright dismissing all suggestions is not the way to go. Unless, of course, the USA doesn’t really care that much about football, anyway. Then you can come back and have this tiresome discussion again in four years
Alexi Lalas@AlexiLalas

So you think the American taxpayer should fund youth soccer? You should definitely run for office on that. What about piano lessons, SAT prep, dance, math tutoring, horse riding, fencing etc? Should taxpayer fund those? Also, our goverment financially supports many sports.
