Illinois gas tax is currently 47 cents per gallon, it will increase to 48.3 cents per gallon on July 1st. It was 19 cents per gallon when @GovPritzker took office but he doubled it to 38 cents in 2019. This is a guy who claims to be for the working families of Illinois.
