1/ I have one thing to ask everyone I know: give those you love and care about an extra tight hug and always tell them how much they mean to you. My mum died suddenly last Friday. Until around an hour before she had a heart attack she wasn't poorly. I will be forever grateful

I've had a stupidly busy day, but a definite highlight was protecting the time in my diary for the first @ywccommunity Action Learning Set. Learning from others and having the space to share opportunities and challenges and starting to form a plan to make progress. Very powerful!
