@greateranglia hi there, I'm trying to buy a flexi ticket within your app. It will not allow me to purchase unless I order a smart card or insert a smart card number to proceed. Is it possible to purchase a flexi ticket and use Without having to load them on a smartcard?

In readiness for the introduction of pay as you go contactless ticketing to a further 20 stations across the Greater Anglia network in summer 2026, fares at some stations will be simplified from 7 December 2025. In some instances, this will result in the withdrawal of tickets, such as Super-Off Peak. Simplified Off-Peak fares have been adjusted in price where certain ticket types have been withdrawn. @greateranglia Hi Greater Anglia, I get the Stansted Express train return from Stansted Airport to Liverpool St every morning. (I live local). I was wondering if you can explain why the price of this ticket has increased by 21% over the weekend!?!?!?!? That is outrageous!

@greateranglia Wow. So, in some cases this will make prices go down, but it just so happens in my case, it has gone up 21%! Looks like a disguised massive 'price hike' to a service that has had its prices 'frozen' by the government. So these hikes are due to the @UKGovTweets ?

@evolvedchargers Awful products that don't do what they say. Horrendous customer service too. Delaying tactics by extremely slow customer service. Whatever you do, do not buy from this company. I CONSTANTLY HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR A FULL REFUND as there product simply doesn't work.

@santanderukhelp My Santander mortgage fixed rate ended, so I organised another bank to take it. I got an email from my new bank saying transfer complete. The next day; you take another payment! I need it back! I can't afford to pay you both within this month! Not happy! 😡
