फेसबुक, इंस्टाग्राम, ट्विटर 𝕏 और यूट्यूब में से मुझे किसी एक सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफार्म को बैन करना होगा, तो मैं इंस्टाग्राम को बैन कर दूंगा. इंस्टाग्राम एंटरटेनमेंट से ज्यादा LEMON INCEST का अड्डा बनते जा रहा है. भतीजी चाचा के साथ अश्लील वीडियो बना रही है. भाई बहन के साथ अश्लील वीडियो बना रहा है. माँ बेटे के साथ अश्लील वीडियो बना रही है. और यह सब केवल व्यूज और डॉलर के लिए किया जा रहा है. केवल कुछ व्यूज और डॉलर के लिए रिश्तों को पब्लिक के सामने तार तार करना कितना सही है ? क्या कंटेंट के नाम पर भारतीयों को अश्लीलता के अलावा कुछ नया करने का हुनर नही है ?

आप में से बहुत से लोग ये नियम करते भी होंगे मात्र 5 लाइन हैं याद कर लो 🙏 "महर्षि वाग्भट" जी के 5 नियम आपको कभी बीमार नही होने देंगे, आपकी जिंदगी बदल देंगे। 1- दिन की शुरुआत पानी से करें। सुबह उठकर बिना कुल्ला किये सबसे पहले हल्का गर्म पानी एक से तीन गिलास तक पीयें। आपको कभी पत्थरी नही होगी मोटापा नही होगा पेट रोजाना आसानी से साफ होगा। (दिन भर मे कम से कम 12 ग्लास पानी पिएं) 2- पानी हमेशा नीचे बैठ घूट-घूट कर पीयें जैसे पक्षी पीते हैं। इसी विशेषता के कारण पक्षी कभी बीमार नही होते। क्योंकि मुंह की लार एक-एक घूट के साथ मिलकर अंदर जाती है।लार औषधि है। (पक्षी के तरीके का उदाहरण है मात्रा का नही) 3- खाना खूब चबा-चबा कर खाएं। खाने को इतना चबाएं जितने हमारे दांत यानी 32 बार चबाये। ऐसा करने से खाना जल्दी पचेगा आपको गैस भी नहीं बनेगी। (एक अंदाजा लिया जाता है गिनती है) 4- भोजनान्ते विषम वारि अर्थात भोजन के अंत में पानी पीना विष पीने के बराबर है। पानी पीने से खाया हुआ अन्न सड़ेगा। सड़े हुए अन्न से आपको 103 भयानक बीमारियां होंगी, अतः खाना खाने से एक घंटे बाद पानी पिएं। 5- विरुद्ध आहार न खाएं। एक दूसरे की विरोधी वस्तुएं न खाएं। विरुद्ध आहार से भी बहुत सारी बीमारियां आपको आती हैं। विरुद्ध आहार जैसे दूध के साथ नमक, दूध वाली वस्तु के साथ नमक वाली कोई भी वस्तु दूध - प्याज दूध - कटहल दही - लहसुन आप स्वयं तय करें खाएं या न खाएं। योग प्राणायाम व्यायाम के 30 मिनट अवश्य निकालें।

Today there is something to introspect and learn from Israel. Why Indians are more angry than Israel on this matter? The only reason is India is in middle of something catastrophic, this animal mindset is also growing here and there are many mini-Gazas there in India. They do murder, rapes and keep the crime rate high. We can just feel how it feels like to have Gaza and we are still making assumptions how to get rid of them.
