How to setup your Claude code project? TL;DR Most developers skip the setup and just start prompting. That's the mistake. A proper Claude Code project lives inside a .𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗲/ folder. Start with 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗨𝗗𝗘.𝗺𝗱 as Claude's instruction manual. Split it into a 𝗿𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀/ folder as it grows. Add 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀/ for repeatable workflows, 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀/ for context-triggered automation, and 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀/ for isolated subagents. Lock down permissions in 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀.𝗷𝘀𝗼𝗻. There are two .𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗲/ folders: one committed with your repo, one global at ~/.𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗲/ for personal preferences and auto-memory across projects. The .𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗲/ folder is infrastructure. Treat it like one. The article below is a complete guide to 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗨𝗗𝗘.𝗺𝗱, custom commands, skills, agents, and permissions, and how to set them up properly.

🚨 BREAKING: German researchers treated 15 severe lupus patients with CAR-T therapy. All 15 went into complete remission. Many stopped ALL medication. Now a larger trial just confirmed it — across 3 autoimmune diseases. This might be the biggest shift in autoimmune medicine in decades. 🧵

TSA is largely funded by a tax on every ticket. It adds $5.60 to every one-way ticket & $11.20 to roundtrips. Everyone in line right now is already paying the TSA fee, even for free reward travel. The government has previously diverted that money to the Treasury. Pay the agents.

Holy shit...Andrew Ng just dropped a GitHub repo that stops coding agents from hallucinating APIs forever. It's called Context Hub and most people have no idea it exists yet. Here's the problem it solves: Your coding agent searches the web for API docs every single session. Gets noisy results. Writes broken code. You fix it. Next session? It forgets everything and does it again. That loop is costing you hours every week. Context Hub kills it completely. Here's how it works: → One command fetches curated, versioned API docs directly into your agent's context → Agent annotates gaps and workarounds it discovers mid-task → Those notes auto-load next session agent never hits the same wall twice → Up/down feedback flows to doc authors so the whole community benefits → Works with Claude Code out of the box drop SKILL.md into ~/.claude/skills and done The compounding is what makes this insane. Session 1: Agent fetches Stripe docs, finds a webhook quirk, annotates it. Session 2: That note auto-loads. Problem avoided before it starts. Session 3: Even smarter. Zero repeated mistakes. Most agents are goldfish. Context Hub turns yours into something that actually learns. 100% Opensource. MIT License. (Link in the comments)

67% of DME claims face delays from documentation gaps. Most teams just accept that as the cost of doing business. Darby resolves 94% of those gaps automatically, no human intervention needed. See how at agent.getdarby.com What would your team do with that time back? #DME #HealthcareOps

Future historians will struggle to explain this moment. Science cured diseases, fed billions, and powered the modern world. Yet millions abandoned it… for conspiracies on the internet.

Competitor research takes me 2 minutes now. Built a scraper that monitors websites, tracks price changes, and extracts product data automatically. Claude AI pulls contact info, pricing, and company details straight into Google Sheets. Used to spend 10-15 hours monthly doing this manually. Now it updates every hour while I focus on closing deals. Comment "SCRAPE" and I'll DM it to you (must be following)

If only someone told me this before my 1st startup: 1. Validate. I wasted at least 5 years building stuff nobody needed. 2. Kill your EGO. Make your users happy instead of yourself. 3. Don’t chaise investors; chase users, and then investors will chase you. 4...

everything we’ve been told about aging may be wrong scientists just discovered that the “biological clock” tracking your aging isn’t actually controlling it, it’s just reporting the damage. the real driver of aging are permanent dna mutations 1/
