As the QBs prepare for the Spring season here in FLA, I have worked with some great kids who play the hardest position in all of sports through training, practice, or camps. Couple of things I tell my dudes who play for me before we hit it: -You set the tempo. Everywhere you go, set the standard of how fast you want practice to be. Less yelling and more doing! -Be the 1st to the field & be the last off the field. -Focus on your team & not wonder what Team X or Player A is doing. They don’t effect you & you don’t effect them. -Lift & train toward what YOU and YOUR team needs from you for the spring. Every system is different. For example, my QBs have the car keys to my system. But if the standard is not where it needs to be or I see it out of control, I will be the one who hits the E Brake. -Remember, you are the extension of the coach. You represent us. You touch the ball every play. -The spring game is the jumping off point. Not the end. Remember that. We will have a whole summer to get better. #breakthescoreboard @WillJacksonQB3 @GavinPritzkau @NobleDavisQB1 @BrennanLoricco @LiamM_CO2029 @Karonpalmerjr @AjChungQB @WalkerMottleyQB @BraydonMarks_15 @itsCrab @BryceCrabtree_ @bigred2876 @EHSTrojanFTBL
