A guy just did the London Marathon in (29 seconds) under 2 hours. Physically how? How do you get your body to that level of fitness? Even at my fittest cardio left me dead after 10 minutes. It takes me 30 minutes to run a couple of miles. HOW???
14/16 weeks training, recovery plan initiated, 3 sports massages & a lot of mental stress & tears. Oh, and that time of the month has started today!

@robjones2379 Nah. I'm not going for Bruno. Time to make a risk. For me anyways. Tired of going for the safe option and not gaining any. But then again, everytime I've done something risky this season it's gone bad 😆😅
