Great North Run was ace! Bumped into a couple of @runningpunks which was ace. Had the privilege of my Ma watching me run again, she gave massive smiles and cuddles and recognised me too. She had the best day. Dementia is a truly cruel disease. Wife, Sister and family there too 🤟🏻

@runningpunks Any advice for someone four weeks out from first marathon (Kielder) who is only just over half marathon distance? GNR to do this weekend. Feeling ok at a steady pace.
