RATTLED: When asked if he will suffer the same fate as Senator Cassidy in Louisiana, Senator Cornyn looks noticeably rattled. The interviewer even quotes President Trump who called Senator Cornyn “disloyal.” Tomorrow is Election Day. ✅ Ken Paxton

An Airman's Prayer by Chaplain John Eastwood Please pray with me for all the lost airmen of the United States of America: God guard and guide us as we fly Through the great spaces of the sky; Be with us as we take to air In morning light and sunshine fair. Eternal Father, strong to save, Give us courage and make us brave; Protect us whereso'er we go, From shell and flak and fire and foe. Most loved member of our crew. Ride with us up in the blue. Direct our bombs upon the foe But shelter those whom Thou dost know. Keep us together on our way, Grant our work success today. Deliver us from hate and sin, And bring us safely down again. O God protect us as we fly Through lonely ways across the sky.

Tom Slocum for Texas 🇺🇸
Cornyn was literally boo’d at the Texas GOP convention for 30 minutes straight for standing with Amy Klobuchar to weaken our second amendment. Chad, stop lying to the American people. Here’s Cornyn on the floor of the Senate, tearing apart the second amendment with Democrats!
Chad Wilbanks@ChadWilbanks

Respectfully @ScottPresler 🇺🇸 Cornyn always fought for #2A 🇺🇸 You’re referencing Trump endorsed Secure & Succeed Act of 2018 🇺🇸 Cornyn secured almost $12b to reimburse Texas for Biden open border policy 🇺🇸 Blaming Cornyn for the Leader’s failure is what Democrats do. #txsen

I have one final message today to the “I want Dort and his friends dead” crowd still employed by the War Department: I don’t want you gone. I NEED you here. The larger your influence is, the more I need people to watch what becomes of you. I need them to see the twitching. The obsession. The hatred. The inability to stop yourselves from spiraling publicly. I need them to watch the mask slide off in real time. Not because I enjoy suffering. There is nothing pleasant about hearing something possessed scream while the shadow leaves it. But people need to hear it anyway. You wished death on people. Suicide on people. Ruin. Isolation. Career destruction. You fed on it for years while calling yourselves compassionate and enlightened. Now look at yourselves. Look at what you became. So stay. Stay in the Department, in uniform, on the timeline. Until you destroy your career on your own. Keep posting about me, obsessing. Keep proving us right in public. Every outburst tears another rotten timber out of the thing you built. Every shriek exposes another crack in the foundation. You are doing more damage to your own cause than any enemy ever could. That is why we need you around. You made me important through fixation. I was never supposed to matter this much. But now you break on me like surf against stone and you cannot help yourselves from returning to do it again. They say never interrupt your enemy while he is making a mistake. Why? You’re going to make it anyway. That is why you never should have been near warriors. You confuse emotion with strategy. You think rage is power and that hysteria is moral clarity. You cannot comprehend finesse or restraint. And you can’t stop feeding the fire even while it consumes you. So no. I do not want you removed. I want you more visible than ever. I want the country to watch the old ideological cathedral burn from the inside while the people who built it scream at the flames. You people act like I’m the sole force behind this. And that if I die, all your problems go away. Nope. A critical mass is already hit. E Pluribus Unum.

On April 14, 2004 in Iraq, Marine Corporal Jason Lee Dunham responded to gunfire after an ambush on a Marine convoy. Corporal Dunham swiftly directed his squad to the scene where they left their vehicles and advanced on foot. As they closed in, a terrorist assaulted Dunham. Dunham fought the attacker to the ground, but spotted a grenade that had been dropped in the chaos. Dunham yelled to alert his brothers then shielded the explosive with his own body, absorbing the deadly blast and protecting his Marines from certain death. He became the first Marine Corps Medal of Honor recipient from Operation Iraqi Freedom and a fabled warrior in Marine Corps heritage. While I was a recruit in the very same company and training battalion he went through at MCRD Parris Island, our Drill Instructors highlighted Corporal Dunham’s heroism to us, daily. May He Rest in Honored Peace.

Executive Mansion, Washington, D.C. November 21, 1864 Dear Madam, I have been shown in the files of the War Department a statement of the Adjutant-General of Massachusetts, that you are the mother of five sons who have died gloriously on the field of battle. I feel how weak and fruitless must be any words of mine which should attempt to beguile you from the grief of a loss so overwhelming. But I cannot refrain from tendering to you the consolation that may be found in the thanks of the Republic they died to save. I pray that our Heavenly Father may assuage the anguish of your bereavement, and leave you only the cherished memory of the loved and lost, and the solemn pride that must be yours, to have laid so costly a sacrifice upon the altar of Freedom. Yours, very sincerely and respectfully, Abraham Lincoln

This is Eagles OL Tyler Steen at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. His grandfather, Sgt. Rodney M. Davis, jumped on a grenade in Vietnam to save five fellow Marines. Davis was awarded the Medal of Honor. This Memorial Day, his story deserves to be told. 🇺🇸

Yesterday, a Gold Star wife asked if anyone could send her a picture of her husband’s grave in Arlington. Less than 24 hours later, @nicksortor didn’t just send her a video, he put flowers down. There are lots of good people on this app. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

Good rainy morning from Arlington National Cemetery. Specifically, the final resting place of your hero husband Staff Sgt. Alan Shaw. His grave now has some fresh roses placed in front of it, alongside two American flags, a reminder that Americans truly appreciate his sacrifice. God bless you and your family on this Memorial Day 🙏🏻🇺🇸

MEMORIAL DAY: Twenty years ago, when I asked my husband, a retired Army Lt. Col, where he had been all day with our two-year-old son, he said "visiting with friends." It took me a moment to realize what he meant. Along with his Army buddies, they spent the day at Arlington National Cemetery @ArlingtonNatl visiting graves. Between Iraq and Afghanistan, this generation has given so much and lost so many friends.

A friend of mine Aaron Henderson. I was on a dive Team with him for a few months until I came to the discovery that being a Diver absolutely wasn’t for me. Aaron wasn’t only a diver, but was such a straight up GB that after he was killed 5th GRP (A) discovered in his wishes that every picture in his memorial service be him with a beard. Group honored his demands. He volunteered to deploy to AFG with an ODA that was short a man. We lost him to an IED in Zombalay Village. He was the best of us, selfless and a wonderful family man.

Remembering both of these guys today. Two best friends that did everything together. Both took their lives about a year apart from each other after coming back from deployment. Many of the wounds of war are unseen.

Joe Biden didn't just pardon the members of the January 6 coverup committee for the crimes they committed as committee activities. He also pardoned them for any crimes related to the "subject matter" of January 6. This implies they may have also been responsible for January 6.
