Meh, what can go wrong? Seriously tho' ... I discovered an actual viable reason to check the second box Docker desktop is A BIT DISK INTENSIVE ... so I moved the vhdx files for that to an otherwise unused drive It's for test/dev work only, so I don't care about the contents

I'm looking for recommendations for what you think is the best EDM. I don't actually care about which subgenre. I'm very eclectic in my tastes and for some reason I find it hard to find new good EDM DJs. Like in spotify I just get stuck in the big names everyone knows.

@Stretchedwiener I am in WA. Was down in ATX visiting an old friend not too long ago, hadn’t been there in 20ish years. Been here long enough to be incapable of handling that humidity any more.

This literally shut me down. I used to get clients who want to make toys because they visited my site for blog posts and information. Now they don't need to. Google scraped my content and regurgitates it at the top of the search. Zero visitors now. No clients.

@jeffwilcox @stevesi Randomly picked a 700k condo, HOA fee is 1k a month which seems typical at that level. That is nuts.

@robotdad @stevesi I've seen and done the math, the HOA dues are just costs you have owning a home. A pie chart demonstrates it well... it's utilities like all our water, natural gas, garbage; some overhead; tons of city and fire code overhead, inspections, generators, sprinkler systems...

@jeffwilcox @stevesi HOA fees alone are enough to keep me from ever considering a condo in Seattle or anywhere else in the US. In Europe I would buy a condo, charges de copropriété seem reasonable.
