Thank you so much for the messages and support. It truly means a lot! I got through yesterday by simply staying in my room for part of the afternoon and then ‘socialising’ for a little bit too. I am receiving treatment to help me learn to hopefully manage times such as these. ❤️

Ever since a bullying incident at work, I have developed huge social anxiety and trust issues. Having a terrible day today as extended family I have not seen in awhile are visiting. They are wonderful people who I love and yet I just want to disappear. 😢😢 #Mentalhealth

"Wow, that's cool" is all I heard this afternoon. During our Stage 2 STEM rotations, Ss explored parts of a flower. They learnt new vocabulary, cut the cross-section of a flower, recorded obs and used digital magnify glasses to get a close-up of flowers from Miss B's garden. 😃
