Maybe I’m in the minority here but I’d rather have Chinyelu starting next to Condon than anything else. He’s one of the biggest reasons our defense in 2024 went from one of the worst in the SEC to being Top 5 in the country the last 2 years. On top of the rebounding too

@BOGBackup1 Philo's biggest gap should've been this spring. Shouldn't be a contest. Knew system, more game reps. But -- no separation in spring at all. Philo's obvious advantage nullified. This pattern will keep going. As Jones gains more system comfort, the math favors him winning the job.

Jones = Better deep ball. More man-man matchups for deep shots to WRs. Less crowded boxes for Baugh to run
Philo = More quick short passing, i.e more touches in space for VBIII/ES/DW. More zone coverage vs mesh= easy to create run game mismatches

If I had to predict each QBs average game it would be something like: Philo: 20/28, 220 yards, 3 TDs/2 INT Jones: 15/25, 260 yards, 2 TDs/0 INT I don’t have an opinion on who should be the starter because I just don’t know which QB makes the offense click and stay on the field the longest

@whynotflorida It’s got close but having premium seating be 1/2 of the lower bowl and the Rowdies section being sub 700 seats is so brutal. We try tho. There’s been some ridiculously good atmospheres especially this season but yeah that looks awesome. Would have loved to been there
