@TheEricGoldman @daveytod Whoever knew it was so sinful to change the age of a fantasy character? People get way too passionate about it. It's fantasy people. To be fair, they did say that they were cutting off previous material as legends. So there was a warning.

I don't care what anyone says; Episode IX is my favorite of the sequels, as well as my #4 favorite Star Wars film overall, behind only RotS, RotJ, & ESB. Happy 4 years to Rise of Skywalker: a film that gets far too much hate, & one that includes one of my favorite scenes in the entire Saga. "I am all the Sith." "And I am all the Jedi." ✨️

People complaining about Luke giving up! He is human and it does not make him any less a hero! People complain about anything

I’ve said it once and I’ll say it a million more times, the Force Duel from The Rise Of Skywalker is one of the most underrated duels in the entire saga. Such an amazing idea with incredible execution. JJ Abrams and Dan Mindel knocked it out of the park here.

@EricEilersen I hear you! My son was born april.29th. So I had fallen way behind in reading! I am currently reading path of vengeance. Surprisingly I avoided all spoilers. In fact with having a baby my reading will forever be behind lol. Takes at least a month for me now...

The best part about this initiative is sharing the stories with a large community, but splitting stories up between mediums and having spoilers out there months ahead of folks who read differently is getting to be ridiculous. I LOVE this era, but the business has to fix itself

Tales of Light & Life is being released over a MONTH early on ebook?! Between this and the constant audiobook delays for Disney Books SW projects, I am baffled by the marketing rollout of The High Republic.

@StarWarsSession I am obviously expecting huge changes for Thrawns character... They probably won't follow the heir to the empire trilogy that closely! I am worried that fans will have unrealistic expectations and will hate on the series for the wrong reasons!

@MarkESutter My wife's aunt got into the wrong car. They were two exactly the same vehicles! She got in the wrong one and it scared her. The driver laughed and so did she! We made the exact same joke (not really that funny)... That it was a good thing she was not in the states!

@EricEilersen I have too much entertainment without shows. I am also about to be a dad. I am on book 2 of the xwing series, I also eventually gotta finish book three of the Ascendancy trilogy. Plus I need to start wave 2 of this phase of the high republic... so yea I am ok with it lol.

I know a lot of folks are hoping for Mando S4 to right the ship in a way, but have y’all watched Succession yet? Like there’s a perfectly great show happening you could watch instead 😂

@youtini_us @EricEilersen I am kinda biased too... However we can still be critical.. It is allowed! I loved the sequels... They were great! The last jedi was my least favorite... But I still love them! There is a difference between hating something and just disliking it!
