- rather than get people to RDU on working plane @AmericanAir ops decided to deplane a second time in favor of NEXT flight - you just had people sleep in an airport… maybe prioritize those folks and find a new plane for NEXT leg

To be clear, this isn’t a crew / staff issue, this is ridiculous operations. - original plane w/ bad radio out of barn - second plane parked at terminal without ground crew (this is known) - second plane with no APU, despite this is already an overnight delay
