I’m thinking of putting in a fast track consenting application for a large salmon farm in Onetangi Bay, Waiheke Island, and I am confident of the prime minister’s enthusiastic support for my proposal. Any interested investors out there?

@ScootFoundation I think it takes debt off the government books, so govt can borrow but in a way which is not reported?

I'm bewildered by the push for PPPs as a means of raising debt for government projects. We have a really fantastic mechanism for that already, Treasury Bonds

@hansversluys The proposal includes an elaborate high energy demanding water cooling system that will also require an off shore windfarm to generate the electricity. But not too far off shore 😂
