I’m just realizing that the punch line of the joke is making Americans frustrated because they think they can’t see the video- but that’s the joke/ Canada can’t see any Olympic videos from most American broadcasters/ we just get that error message.

This map shows areas with the best chance to see one or more inches of rain this weekend & thus have the best chance to see isolated flash flooding, which includes areas south and west of Raleigh. Residents across all of central NC need to pay attention to this risk as well.
