I don't post much about my kids here because I want to give them their privacy and keep them away from the negativity that can come from running for office. But this one I really wanted to share with all of you. Extremely proud of my daughter Gabriela who is graduating high school next month and has been offered and accepted her nomination to the United States Naval Academy! ⚓️ She did this all on her own, good grades, amazing athlete, and no help from mom or anyone else. As a veteran myself, it makes me so proud to know that my kids are turning out to be good hard working adults. And that they want to also serve their country makes me even prouder! 🇺🇸 Please help me in congratulating this amazing young lady! I recently completed the immigration survey from NumbersUSA, and one question stood out: Do you oppose amnesty for the 14–20 million people living in the United States illegally? My answer: YES. For years, Democrats have pursued open-border policies that undermined our immigration system and created a crisis that is unfair to American citizens and to those who follow the law to come here legally. This is not about being anti-immigrant. America is a nation of immigrants. It is also a nation of laws. Before we can have a meaningful conversation about immigration reform, we must first secure the border and restore order to the system. Rewarding illegal entry with amnesty sends the wrong message and further weakens respect for the rule of law. It is also unfair to the millions of people who have waited patiently and followed the legal process to come to the United States. I believe in legal immigration, secure borders, and an immigration system that is fair, orderly, and grounded in the rule of law. That is why I oppose amnesty. Others in my race support it. Yesterday, President Trump signed an Executive Order to strengthen election integrity in federal elections — and I fully support it. Here’s what it does: ✅ Directs the creation of verified State Citizenship Lists so only confirmed U.S. citizens are eligible to vote in federal elections ✅ Requires the U.S. Postal Service to send mail-in and absentee ballots ONLY to pre-approved, eligible voter lists — no more ballots mailed to anyone and everyone ✅ Mandates secure ballot envelopes with unique tracking barcodes for full transparency and auditability ✅ Directs the Attorney General to investigate and prosecute anyone distributing ballots to ineligible voters Every American, regardless of party, deserves to know their vote counts and that only American citizens are deciding our future. Governor Wes Moore and Rep. April McClain Delaney came to Washington County today for a “listening session” on the ICE warehouse in Williamsport… …but they held it behind closed doors — invitation-only, with no public allowed. Not even anti-ICE protesters who showed up. They claim they want to “hear community concerns,” yet they excluded the very people they say they’re fighting for. Meanwhile, here are the facts they keep ignoring: The seller (FRIND-Hopewell, LLC / Fundrise affiliate) had a choice. The property was actively listed for lease on commercial real estate sites. They received an unsolicited offer, negotiated an arm’s-length deal, and voluntarily sold it to DHS/ICE for $102.4 million in a standard private transaction. There was no eminent domain, no condemnation, no threats of seizure — just a willing buyer and a willing seller. Spreading claims that the federal government “seized” the property is simply not true. Transparency and honesty should go both ways — especially when you’re calling a meeting to “learn and listen.” What do you think? For those saying, 'How can we expect voters to carry an ID to vote?' That is actually very insulting to American voters who actually use a valid form of ID every single day to do everyday tasks like drive, get a cell phone, cash a check, etc. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt explains this “myth” clearly. Today six American soldiers who lost their lives in a drone attack at Port Shuaiba, Kuwait returned home. All six heroes were assigned to the 103rd Sustainment Command based in Des Moines, Iowa: Capt. Cody A. Khork, 35, of Winter Haven, Florida Sgt. Declan J.
