If Paramount was always a dead end why not just, like, buy Warner Bros. originally? You'd have no multi-studio ownership conflicts, no massive mountain of debt affecting the deal, etc.

(2/2) "Remake Chris" in Code Veronica, & likely it'll turn out amazing, & I believe the fan fever for a RE5 reimagining is going to just increase in volume from fans, so then Capcom will see if they can get a director/producer duo on board for it, is my guess of what will happen.
