Not sure if you’re trying to make a point or suggesting free speech is a bad idea. Before Elon, X was censored heavily, mostly as far as I could tell, to reduce possible influence by conservatives generally and anything Trump in particular. I can’t say I’ve seen much hate speech other than appallingly rude and aggressive socialist who never seem to offer a differing viewpoint. I’m not suggesting this constitutes illegal hate speech or suggesting it should be removed, just saying it’s the nearest X gets to hate speech. However I was banned for a day and made to remove a post in which I described Ricky Gervais comments at the Oscars as being what most think and pointing out Hollywood needed a good kicking for it’s silly ways. I’m assuming kicking, intended metaphorically was interpreted literally. IMO X represents another rather substantial nail in the legacy Media coffin and also a threat to various pressure groups trying to shift us all woke and left, which probably won’t work and would be disastrous if it did.

At the risk of stating the obvious, I don’t know what’s going on with every part of this platform all the time, but our policy worldwide is to fight for maximum freedom of speech under the law. Anyone working for X Corp who does not operate according to this principle will be invited to further their career at any one of the other social media companies who sell their soul for a buck.

@TMSarsfieldII @DeTocqueville14 many but not most .. most struggled and sacrificed to have a secure life and trust in medicine and good insurance helped to hook them on meds .. for many if us, things have happened to lose trust .. plus childhood experience and an extreme curiosity to learn about the body
